Vodka mojito

Ingredients

 240ml Smirnoff Red Vodka

 2 limes, cut into wedges

 1 bunch fresh mint

 4 teaspoons sugar

 300ml soda water

 Ice

Method

Step 1

Combine Smirnoff vodka, juice of 2 limes, sugar and mint in a jug.

Step 2

Stir to combine and dissolve the sugar.

Step 3

Add ice and stir again.

Step 4

Top with soda water and stir once more.

Step 5

Garnish with a mint sprigs.
